Better known as the walkie talkie building A1 Flues designed, manufactured and installed the boiler flues and standby generator exhausts.

Design, manufacture and installation of stainless steel flues and generator exhausts. This iconic building has the plant room and flues visible from the 42nd floor.

Design, manufacture and installation of flue systems serving two 10-megawatt boilers, a 3-megawatt boiler and one CHP Engine. Flues housed within a architectural clad structure (specified by the architects) to conceal the flues.

 Design, manufacture and installation of three free standing chimneys to serve the temporary boiler house. These had to be built to meet the height requirements of the Clean Air Act, and so were over 55 metres in height.

One BP is a mixed-use building consists of, commercial, retail and residential spaces. Located opposite Liverpool Street Station. 

2no. 200Kw Hidros water to water Heat Pumps tap into the  condenser water circuit to provide source water at 36°C. Using this source of energy, the two heat pumps can generate water at 75°C which is used to generate the DHW for the building. 

 A New development of 330 new homes  in Greenwich, Helec supplied and commissioned a Powerbox PB70SNG CHP Unit.

Providing 109Kw of thermal output and 70Kw electrical output.
