We have represented A1 Flues Systems since 1995 and helped them grow to be the UK market leader in the design, manufacture and installation of commercial and industrial chimneys, commercial boiler flues, Quench pipes, CHP flues, and exhaust systems for generators and sprinkler pumps.
A1 Flue systems have earned a well-deserved reputation for their quality, performance and durability. All of our commercial flue systems are bespoke for each project – we have a solution for any size of building, ranging from the sets of famous TV shows all the way through to The Shard.
We excel in producing flue systems that are all produced in our UK manufacturing facility in Nottinghamshire using high-quality stainless steel. Because we manufacture the flue pipes, components, joints and the structures that support them, we know that every element doesn’t just meet our exacting standards but also complies with the requirements of the CE and UKCA marking.
Our high standards also apply to the installation of our products – which is why we have specialist teams that cover the UK installing our commercial flue systems. On the vast majority of projects, contractors trust A1 teams to supply and install the flue systems. On the rare occasions where we have a ‘supply-only’ arrangement, we’ll still always go the extra mile and provide advice and assistance to ensure the system is installed to the level we expect.

Single Skin Flues in 304L or 316L grade stainless steel. A watertight system carrying a 4 hour fire rating, suitable for positive pressure condensing appliances.
Available in 304L or 316L stainless steel and insulation ranging between 25mm - 100mm. These twin wall flues are suitable for all applications from boilers, CHP Engines and Generator exhausts where H1 class flues are required.
Twin Wall P1 rated flues available in 304L and 316L grade stainless steel for both the inner and outer skins. Generally used on the vertical for negative pressure systems where insulation is required to reduce the surface temperature.
Fan dilution systems were originally developed in order to discharge the flue products from gas-fired appliances at a CO2 level of 1% or less. Please Contact us for further details.
FuranFlex® is a revolutionary chimney lining system. This can be used to line existing chimneys to maximise the cross sectional area of the chimney and allow condensing and high efficiency appliances to be fitted.
Cryogen Quench pipes are used in MRI machines to help prevent the formation of dangerous magnetic fields: MRI machines contain liquid helium that acts as a coolant to keep the machine cooled below its critical temperature. A quench is when helium is quickly released from the MRI machine, causing the machine to be non-superconductive and eliminating the magnetic field
